Phoenix Fair

Franny v           LV  PhxFair

Phoenix Fair is a unique crafts bazaar, which combines one-of-a-kind handcrafted items with student entrepreneurship. Students develop a business plan and market their handmade products to sell at the event, along with the items sold by outside vendors. This is a great opportunity for the Worthington community to support both local businesses and educational enrichment.

Phoenix Middle School, 2341 Snouffer Road

2020 Phoenix Craft Fair dates to be announced soon!

Proceeds benefit student activities and help subsidize student travel opportunities.

In alignment with the Phoenix Middle School philosophy, the Phoenix Fair bazaar is designed to give students the opportunity to experience entrepreneurism by developing an idea for a product or one- time service, making a business plan, procuring materials, designing a booth display and marketing and selling a product. Phoenix Middle School facilitates opportunities for students to discover a deeper understanding of self and their relationship to the world in which they live through real-life experiences. Phoenix values self-direction, having choices, the relevance of curriculum, students being responsible for their own learning, and the evaluation of their own progress. Students participating in the Phoenix Fair are not charged a table fee and must commit to donating 10% of their proceeds to the Phoenix PTSA.
